FAQ
The questions we get asked most
If your question is not here, write to us — you will get a straight answer, not an invitation to a sales call.
What does a project cost?
A simple Telegram bot starts in the low thousands of euros, a company website somewhat higher, and a full application runs into the tens of thousands. We give an exact figure once the scope is agreed, and it stays fixed for that scope.
How long will it take?
A bot or a straightforward integration is usually two to four weeks. A company website, four to six. An application with accounts and payments, two months and up. We agree the date up front and flag it immediately if anything threatens it.
Will you take over a project from another team?
Yes, we do it often. We start with a review of the code and infrastructure, after which we say plainly whether it is worth building on what exists or cheaper to rewrite. The review is paid, but its cost comes off the work that follows.
Who owns the code and the access?
You do, from day one. The repository sits in your account and servers are registered to your company. There is no scenario where ending our work means losing the project.
What if something breaks after launch?
Bugs in what we built are fixed free of charge for three months after launch. Beyond that we offer ongoing care with an agreed response time — including when the failure comes from a change on an external API.
Do you work with companies outside Poland?
Yes. We work remotely and invoice in euros or Polish złoty. We speak Polish, English and Russian, and keep documentation in whichever language your team prefers.
Do we need a finished specification?
No. It is enough to know what is not working today. We write the scope together during the quoting stage — that is part of our job, not a precondition for starting.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, as a matter of course, and before the first detailed conversation if you prefer. We can sign your template or send ours.
Tell us what you want to build
Write a few sentences about the project. We reply within one business day, and if we are not the right people for it we will say so and point you somewhere better.
