WhatsApp bots

We build bots that do real work: take a request, check availability in your system, collect payment and hand the case to a human when needed. Everything runs on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API — on your own business number, with templates approved by Meta, an admin panel for content and a log of every conversation.

What you get

  • Conversation flows

    We map every user path, including what the bot does when it does not understand the question.

  • Number and templates in Meta

    We run the business verification, connect your number and submit the message templates for approval — without them WhatsApp will not let you open a conversation first.

  • Payments inside the chat

    The bot issues a payment link from your own account with a payment provider — Stripe or Przelewy24 — and reports back in the chat once the payment clears. The contract with the provider stays yours; we are responsible for the integration.

  • Handover to a human

    The bot recognises when a case is beyond it and routes the chat to your team with full history.

    Flow design

    We decide what the bot must settle and write out the dialogue, dead ends included.

  2. 02

    Number and verification

    We set up the WhatsApp Business account, pass Meta's business verification and submit the templates. This runs alongside the build.

    Build

    We code the logic, the panel and the links to your systems.

    Live testing

    We run the bot with a limited group and fix what actually breaks.

    Launch

    We move to production, wire up monitoring and train your team on the panel.
